Review these options to customize your calls.

Calls

The first two options only pertain to calls handled via the Web App. The Completed Calls Archive Days is for calls on both the Mobile and Web App.

Urgent Calls

Urgent calls are marked with the urgent icon. Customize the alarm settings below. Our system checks every five (5) minutes for any urgent alarms that need to be sent.

For all the boss call logs you assist with, you may receive alarm notifications when the alarm is triggered. The boss controls all alarms and whether they are operating or not. Below you can opt out of receiving alarm notifications for any boss logs.

Update Notifications

When you delete a call in the Web app, it will ask you to confirm the delete. If you don't want confirmation when deleting a call, turn this option off.
When a new call is added from the Web app and the caller is not in your CallPlease address book, a vCard is emailed to you, which you can then add to your address book. Turn this off if you do not want a vCard.
Calls may have an additional notification when added/updated in CallPlease. Turn this option off if you don't want that additional notification.
Select the number of days you want to keep a completed call before it is archived.
Choose Yes to see unread calls (those that others have added/updated) first.
Chose Yes to group calls by state (new, self-initiated, in progress).
Show calls by name or date, in either descending or ascending order.
Turn this on to get a reminder of an urgent call.
This will connect you to Cisco Webex Teams.
Select the number of hours after the urgent call when the notification will be sent.
Turn this on to get a repeat notification at the period above. Turn this off if you only want to be notified once.
Turn this on to get a reminder of a regular past due call.
